Honestly, I wasn't too sure about it when I first opened the box because it looked a bit plain while turned off. But the second I plugged it in and turned the light on, wow... the photo came out incredibly sharp and beautiful. My whole family was so excited. Truly a great keepsake.

Excellent product. The photo details came out very clean and sharp. My dog has lots of dark fur so I was slightly worried it would look like a big blur, but the engraving captures his features perfectly. The custom text on the back is also neatly aligned and readable.
